JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Guildhall is assisting a prominent client in the retail industry to recruit a Human Resources Manager for their Dubai office. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled HR professional to lead the HR function and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full HR spectrum, including recruitment, payroll, training, and compensation & benefits.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Labor Law and draft employment contracts for staff.
- Facilitate effective communication across all levels of the organization.
- Develop and implement a robust recruitment and selection system to attract the right talent.
- Establish talent management programs and succession planning to retain and nurture talent.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
- Provide translation support for internal and external communications as needed.
Requirements:
- A bachelor degree or higher qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, ideally within the retail or similar industries.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
