JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Under supervision, the Office Manager performs work of supporting human resources initiatives, including employee and labour relations, staffing, new employee orientation, company policy, managing payroll, staff attendance yet not limited to. Must be familiar with local labour laws

Essential Functions:
- Assists in carrying out various Office Management and Human resource programs and procedures for all company employees.
- Conducts new-employee orientations; conducts reference checks.
- Assists in organizational training and development efforts.
- Must be computer literate and familiar with Excel and Word
- Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database as needed.
- Participates in administrative staff meetings
- Helps maintain company organization charts and the employee directory.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

- Arabic and English speaker ONLY.
- Must have a valid UAE Drivers License.
- Retail Industry Experience a huge advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, organizational and diplomatic skills required
- Proficient computer skills: MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Light Speed
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at one time.
- Ability to interact with all levels of management and employees
- Ability to problem solve using sound judgment and decision making skills
