JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Due to a period of exciting growth my client is looking for a dynamic Human Resources generalist to join its expanding operation in Sharjah.
• The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have exceptional stakeholder management skills.
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives
• Serving as a consultant to management on HR-related issues
• Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and lead the recruitment process.
• Conducting training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Handling performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.-
AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and CIPD qualified or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably as an HR Business Partner
• Strong knowledge of UAE HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to handle employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in HR software and systems.
