JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Ensure timely delivery of work and achievement of project objectives; typically manage small-size projects and work streams of medium-size client projects.
- Assist the respective practice in the design, development, launch and implementation of solutions/products across the region.
- Analyze data and/or information and draw conclusions for senior consultants to review.
- Research internal and external sources to solicit information, data, trends, etc.
- Participate in meetings with clients to collect data/information and attend presentations.
- Assist in writing the proposals and getting the administrative requirements in place.
- Support the sales efforts of practice and commercial colleagues.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience
Three to five years of experience in a HR consulting environment or corporate HR (within Talent or Rewards center of Excellence).
