Job Role:
• The role holder is responsible for the overall planning, development and implementation of HR strategies at the group level, including development of retention and learning and development strategies.
• The job holder will act as an advisor to senior leadership on all human capital management matters and focus on the implementation of HR strategies and practices that will support robust business growth and reinforce a performance focused culture

About the Client:
The hiring company is a well-respected group of Retail company for multiple divisions such as Sports, Consumer, Healthcare, Education, Living, Properties, Services, Logistics, and Beauty
Requirements:
• 45 years old and below
• Master’s Degree specializing in Human Resources, Psychology or Business management preferred
• At least 10 years’ experience in HR; at least 5 years as a Senior Leadership team member in Human Resources
• Minimum of 10 to 15 years of relevant experience with proven experience of providing both tactical and strategic human resource direction to senior leadership teams
• Background Preferences – Retail company/ B2B/ Corporate
• Strong English and/or Arabic language skills (written and spoken)
• Key skills – Organizational development, performance management, recruitment skills, business and HR acumen, and leadership skills
