Position Title: HR Generalist
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
An international fast food chain brand
- Handle a variety of personnel and visa-related administrative tasks, including support for recruitment, employee relations, training logistics, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate and manage new visa application process for employees, including work permits, residence permits, visa renewals, and visa cancellation
- Coordinate with health insurance broker for any addition, deletion, updates, and maintaining of accurate employee records
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring for various positions
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR-related issues
Requirements:
- Open to Arabic nationalities- Female, 35 years old and below
- Should hold a Diploma in HR Management, or Psychology, or Behavioral Sciences or other Related Courses and certifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the UAE as HR Coordinator / HR Generalist, Specialist in QSR, F&B or Hospitality industry
Salary:
AED
5,000 to 8,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
