JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
This opportunity is with a luxury interior design company.
In this position you would be responsible for the following:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and develop workforce plans.
- Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and on boarding.
- Design strategies to enhance employee retention and satisfaction.
- Implement performance appraisal systems and establish continuous feedback mechanisms.
- Address performance issues and recommend training or corrective actions.
- Act as the primary contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution.
- Foster an inclusive and positive workplace environment.
- Design and oversee employee training programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
- Monitor and refine training initiatives based on their effectiveness.
- Formulate HR policies in compliance with UAE labor laws and ensure adherence.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in managing employee records.
- Oversee daily office operations, including office management and procurement.
- Develop and implement administrative policies to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare and monitor administrative budgets, ensuring cost effective practices.
- Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and corporate governance standards.
- Manage documentation for audits and inspections.
- Lead and mentor HR and administrative teams to foster collaboration and high performance.
- Evaluate and refine team structures to optimize efficiency and role clarity.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.- Exhibit strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams effectively.
- Possess exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage diverse responsibilities.
- Showcase excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive relationships across the organization.
- Have a proven track record of implementing HR strategies and driving employee engagement.
- Display analytical thinking and problem solving capabilities for addressing complex challenges.
- Be proficient in HR management systems, with familiarity in Odoo ERP being an advantage.
- Maintain discretion and integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Show capability in managing administrative operations and optimizing resource allocation.
- Adapt to a dynamic environment with a proactive and results driven approach.
