JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position: Air conditioning Engineer (HVAC) or Air conditioning Chiller AC Repair Technician
THIS IS A HVAC TECHNICIAN ROLE WHERE YOU WILL BE PHYSICALLY REPAIRING FAULTY AIR-CONDITIONING IN APARTMENT BLOCKS AND OFFICES.
- AC Installation: Professional installation of new air conditioning units, including split ACs, central AC systems, and ducted units.
- AC Repair: Diagnosing and fixing issues such as refrigerant leaks, compressor failures, electrical problems, and cooling inefficiencies.
- Maintenance Services: Regular cleaning, servicing, and tune-ups to ensure optimal performance and extend the lifespan of AC units.
- Emergency Repairs: 24/7 emergency repair services to address urgent breakdowns, especially during peak summer months.
- Duct Cleaning and Maintenance: Cleaning and repairing air ducts to improve air quality and system efficiency.
- Energy Efficiency Solutions: Providing advice and solutions to reduce energy consumption and lower electricity bills.
- Smart AC Solutions: Installation and integration of smart thermostats and IoT-enabled AC systems for remote control and energy management.
Requirements:
- Must have a driving licence,- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, design principles, and industry standards.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. ; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Must have excellent knowledge and ability to fix air-conditioning systems, and related repairs.

Salary:
AED
3,500 to 10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
