JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
1. Prepare surfaces for hydro dipping, ensuring proper adhesion and finish.
2. Select and apply hydrographic films to aerospace/automotive parts and accessories.
3. Operate and maintain our state-of-the-art hydro dipping equipment.
4. Monitor and control dipping parameters to achieve desired results.
5. Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments.
6. Collaborate with the customization team to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Hydro Dipping Technician in an aerospace / automotive or similar setting.2. Familiarity with various hydrographic films and dipping techniques.
3. Ability to troubleshoot and make adjustments to achieve desired finishes.
4. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
5. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Salary:
AED
6,500 to 7,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
