JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Provide first-line technical support for AMOS and other ICT systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage ticketing systems and ensure timely resolution of user requests.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.
• Provide remote and on-site support to end users.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for issue resolution.
• Ensure IT security and data protection policies are followed.
• Conduct system updates, patches, and routine maintenance.
• Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.• 5+ years of experience in IT support/helpdesk roles.
• Hands-on experience with AMOS software is mandatory.
• Background in shipping, logistics, or maritime industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
