Synopsis
Our Inflight entertainment team is hiring, join us! Design, develop and implement the Inflight Entertainment (IFE) content strategy for Etihad's IFE brand E-BOX across multiple IFE platforms and aircraft types to drive guest satisfaction. The Manager IFE Content & Advertising is also responsible for revenue generation for advertising sales.
Accountabilities
- Work with the Head of IFE & Publications to establish and implement the IFE Content strategy and budget, sourcing content, negotiating costs, and driving quality of content in line with Etihad brand.
- Accountable for the IFE Advertising Sales budget of $1 million, ensuring all spend is managed, tracked, and adhered to.
- Design and implement a content promotion strategy for IFE brand E-BOX across multiple EY channels including ey.com, print and social.
- Manage onboard advertising inventory: banners, advertisements, and video commercials, to ensure annual advertisement sales targets are achieved for IFE.
- Analyse and present findings, trends, and actions to stakeholders at all levels, monthly passenger usage statistics reports, adjusting content strategy and budget allocation accordingly.
- Manage content service provider contracts and SLAs and ensure we adhere to licensing budgets and licensing periods.
- Define IFE Content objectives and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure content is fit for purpose, and meets requirements of Etihad and maximises Customer experience.
- Build strong relationships with external vendors, service providers and key contacts to develop content, being the Etihad point of contact and accountable manager for IFE content and Advertising.
- Manage the IFE needs (content and operations) of the Presidential Flight Authority.
- Supervise & manage IFE Media Coordinator
Requirements:
Education & Experience- At least five to seven years' experience in content programming/licensing either with an airline, media company or with an IFE supplier/vendor) (Essential)
- Experience working in a cross-cultural environment (preferred)
- Knowledge of Arabic entertainment (preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
