JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Leading Western Contractor is looking to hire an In-house Construction Lawyer to strengthen their legal team.
The Construction Lawyer will l advise on construction strategy and risk management, procurement and tendering, contract formation and negotiation. In addition the Construction Lawyer will be responsible for specialist advice in all aspects of non-contentious building, construction and engineering work. You will be experienced in drafting and negotiating a range of documentation, advising on cases relating to high value transactions and taking on a client facing role and developing key relationships.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will be have a qualified Law degree with 4 to 5 years Post Qualification Experience in construction & construction law within the UAE/GCC.
