Position Title: In-house Recruiter
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 25K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

An outstanding management consultancy company based in Abu Dhabi providing all range of professional Accounting services and business advisory solutions within the region
Job Description:
• Take charge of the recruitment function from A to Z - job ad posting, headhunting, screening, calendar management on schedule, final selection.
• Expert in making vital business judgement in terms of selection for multiple roles
• Demonstrate extensive experience in providing recruitment solutions and methods to ensure we get the right candidate, the soonest time possible
• Manage large volume of roles from shortlisting, negotiation of packages to finalization and official joining
• Maintain a database of a healthy pool of qualified candidates including notes of important information such background, certificates available and references
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Open to Arab nationals
• Female, 40 years old and below
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Sr. Recruiter/HR Manager assigned in Recruitment
• Must have extensive experience in handling multiple positions, deadlines, interviews, and selections by volume
• Open to any corporate industry; well-known companies are an advantage
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
