JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Indian/Filipino It Support/Helper up to 8K AED for a Major Investment Group in Dubai
• Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.
• Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation.
• Participates in development of client training programs by identifying learning issues; recommending instructional language.
• Accommodates client disabilities by recommending devices and techniques.
• Avoids legal challenges by monitoring compliance with service agreements.
• Improves system performance by identifying problems; recommending changes.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks.
• Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
• Open to Indian and Filipino
• M/F, 40 years old and below
• Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field
• Bachelor’s Degree or Certificate in Information Technology is an advantage
• Strong Knowledge in Office Connectivity, Good networking and Troubleshooting, Security Issues and Email Functions
• Knowledgeable in Oracle or Xstore Application is an advantage
• Effective in Installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing and solving
• hardware/software faults and analyzing call logs to spot trends and underlying issues
• Can join immediately (1-month maximum)
• Work Location: Dubai
• Salary up to 8,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications
