Your role
We are seeking a delivery lead for Industry 4.0 transformation to spearhead one of the UAE's most ambitious industrial modernization programs. This is a delivery-first leadership role with significant scale, complexity, and executive visibility. You will be entrusted with end-to-end accountability for orchestrating a multi-stream transformation across operations, technology, and performance domains.
As the I4.0 delivery lead, you will:
- Own the execution of a large-scale digital industrial transformation across 10+ concurrent workstreams.
- Ensure delivery excellence across multidisciplinary teams operating under a hybrid resourcing model.
- Drive rapid scaling, resolve delivery challenges, and uphold accountability for timelines, cost, and quality.
- Interface directly with senior client executives, maintaining trust, transparency, and strategic alignment.
- Translate high-level objectives into structured, executable plans with measurable business impact.
- Lead distributed teams across geographies, fostering cohesion, urgency, and agile delivery.
- Champion a culture of ownership, operational discipline, and customer-centric thinking.
- Establish robust governance frameworks, manage risks, and ensure delivery control and financial compliance.
Your profile
We are looking for a seasoned transformation leader with a proven track record of delivering complex programs in industrial, manufacturing, or asset-intensive sectors.
- Minimum 15 years of experience leading large-scale transformation programs in industrial domains.
- Strong consulting or systems integrator background with deep delivery expertise.
- Proven success in managing hybrid onshore-offshore delivery models across diverse cultures.
- Pragmatic, decisive, and delivery-driven - comfortable owning challenges and navigating ambiguity.
- Deep familiarity with digital transformation technologies: AI, data analytics, digital twins, MES/PLM, predictive maintenance.
- Direct experience in AI-enabled, data-driven transformation from strategy through full-cycle execution.
Preferred attributes
- Experience in legacy-heavy industrial or infrastructure environments undergoing change.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to align diverse stakeholders under a unified delivery approach.
- Track record of scaling teams and frameworks in fast-growth, high-pressure settings.
