JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Properly Assessing and analyzing clients’ background information
• Dealing with queries and complaints promptly and effectively
• Providing underwriting opinions or responses within turnaround times and maintaining quality of service at all times
• Evaluating new and existing business opportunities to ensure that underwriting decisions and amendments are processed within agreed time frames
• Working with sales teams to develop and implement underwriting efficiencies
• Participating in continuous education courses to remain knowledgeable and competitive in the industry
REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage time effectively
• Strong analytical, Problem solving and decision-making skill.
• Proactive, devoted and punctual.
• Maintaining good rapport with clients and insurance companies
