JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Overall Summary: This position oversees the operations of an electrical enclosures integration facility, ensuring projects are completed on time, accurately, and within budget. You will manage staff, materials, and documentation while adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Receive inquiries, generate initial engineering documents, distribute work to staff, obtain quotes, and track project progress.
• Inventory and Procurement: Manage facility inventory, inspect materials, handle dispatch, and expedite deliveries from suppliers.
• Quality Control: Conduct internal testing of enclosures before acceptance testing, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Safety: Enforce strict safety protocols within the facility regarding electrical safety, PPE usage, and power tool operation.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and guide integration centre electricians, fostering a positive team environment.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3-5 years' experience in high-standard electrical integration work, particularly LV switchgear.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, electrical assembly equipment, MS Office, and drafting software (AutoCAD).
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Strong team player with good physical fitness.
• Valid UAE driving license.
