JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a talented Interior Architect to join our dynamic design team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovative design and a strong grasp of interior architecture principles. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing interiors that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing, ensuring that each project reflects the unique identity of our clients while adhering to project requirements and budget constraints.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and present innovative interior design concepts that meet client expectations.
- Create detailed design plans, drawings, and specifications for various projects.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project alignment and feasibility.
- Select and specify furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes suitable for each project.
- Conduct site visits to oversee project implementation and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to incorporate cutting-edge design solutions.
- Manage project budgets and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
- Prepare comprehensive presentations and client proposals that effectively communicate design ideas.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in interior architecture or design, preferably in commercial and residential projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and project types.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a keen understanding of spatial relationships.
