JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are currently working with a leading interior design consultancy as they require an Interior Design Director to join their growing studio in Dubai, UAE. The Director will provide design & creative input on a range of high-end hospitality & residential projects from inception, ensuring a consistently high standard of design work is delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise directly with clients to define project requirements
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Manage a design team with a collaborative leadership style which puts value on relationships, both internal and external
- Prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control and risk identification
- Lead project delivery resources/team providing project guidance and direction to achieve project goals
REQUIREMENTS
Key requirements:
- 15+ years of interior design experience
- Bachelor Degree in Interior Design/Architecture
- Hospitality & residential project experience
- Proven experience of consistently leading projects through all design stages
- Strong leadership and communication skills
