JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Charterhouse is working with a long-standing Dubai-based interior design studio that specialises in luxury, high-end residential spaces. As a result of their continued growth, our client is seeking an Interior Designer who will work closely with the Studio owner to deliver their premium, turnkey solutions.
The Interior Designer will manage the initial client brief, conceptual design plans and budget estimates for the high-end residential projects and coordinate with customers to ensure their requirements and specifications are full-filled to the highest standards.
This role will oversee the FF&E selection, procurement and supply chain process across regional and international geographies. Additionally, you will lead the creative efforts on clients’ projects, developing overall design concepts and design presentation strategies in CAD, InDesign, Photo shop and Sketch Up.
The interior Designer will coordinate and effectively communicate design processes and schematics to contractors and sub-consultants on-site, handing over the project within the given time frames.
Requirements:
Our client will look to hire a mid-level Interior Architect who has a minimum of 5 years of experience delivering high-end, luxury residential projects for private clients.The incumbent will have a proven track record of providing sophisticated interior design/architectural solutions to demanding private clients, effectively communicating in a consultative, customer-focused manner. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant Architectural Degree from an internationally recognised University and is well-versed in architectural design software – Cad, InDesign, Photo Shop, Sketch Up.
