Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled interior detail specialist and site coordinator to manage technical drawings, detailed design development, site coordination, project documentation, and cost-related deliverables. The successful candidate will ensure accurate execution of design intent, quality control, and compliance across all project stages.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed interior technical drawings and construction packages
  • Develop comprehensive joinery, millwork, and custom furniture details
  • Prepare and review bills of quantities (BOQ) for interior works
  • Coordinate closely with site teams, consultants, and contractors
  • Conduct regular site visits and progress inspections
  • Manage project package submissions and approvals
  • Review and verify interior design deliverables and submissions before issuing
  • Monitor site implementation and resolve technical issues
  • Prepare as-built drawings and handover documentation
  • Ensure compliance with project stages, timelines, and quality standards

Required skills & qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in interior design or architecture
  • 4-10 years of relevant experience
  • Strong technical detailing and BOQ preparation skills
  • Proven experience in joinery, millwork, and site coordination
  • Solid understanding of construction methods and site practices
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
