JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Interior Fit-Out Project Manager to lead and oversee high-quality interior construction projects in UAE. The ideal candidate will manage all phases of fit-out projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and exceptional standards of craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise interior fit-out projects from inception to completion.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently to deliver within time and cost constraints.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle proactively and efficiently.
• Prepare detailed project reports and documentation for senior management and clients.
• Ensure procurement of materials aligns with project specifications and timelines.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve high performance and adherence to company values.
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in interior fit-out or construction projects, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of local regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities and decision-making skills.
• Age: 26-36 years old
• Immediate availability preferred
