JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Internship

Quest Resources LLC, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR and Resourcing Intern. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment industry and develop your professional skills. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Support the screening of resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for open positions.
• Assist with pre-employment screenings, including background checks and reference checks, to ensure candidates meet legal and compliance requirements.
• Help manage relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Support candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and assistance as needed.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
• Contribute ideas and suggestions for improving recruitment processes and strategies.

Requirements:
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and colleagues.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Additional Details:
Working Hours: The role is either full-time or 25 hours per week; depending on your availability if you are studying.

Salary:
AED 1,800 to 2,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
