Internal Auditor

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are currently looking for an internal auditor for a client that is in the automotive trading and has showrooms throughout Jordan, and Dubai.

The customer works six days a week from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The following is a list of the duties of an internal auditor for your reference.
• Monitoring the performance of the full audit cycle, including risk management and managing oversight of the effectiveness of financial operations
• Monitor and follow up on compliance with all legal and accounting directives and regulations.
• Determine the scope of internal audit and develop annual plans.
• Serve as an objective source of independent advice to ensure goals are achieved.
• Identify gaps and provide recommendations regarding risks and costs
• Constant communication with the Internal Audit Department, updates issued by it, and any other related requests.
• Verifying the accuracy and validity of the documentary cycle for all departments and that all transactions meet the conditions.
• Documenting processes and audit results
• Conduct a continuous review of the accounts and the changes that occur in the balances and their reasons
• Ensuring documentation for all transactions is supported by documents supporting the transactions
• Conducting periodic and sudden inventories related to the company’s various assets, whether fixed or traded, in coordination with the audit department.

Requirements:

Educational level:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Higher Diploma in Auditing, or holder of any recognized professional certificate
• professional certificates: A recognized professional certificate such as: - CIA or others
• Field of specialization: Accounting
• Minimum 6 to 8 years UAE Experience in Automotive industry required

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
