The CRM Administrator role is part of the Financial Advisory Clients & Markets team, with the opportunity to work with stakeholders across the Middle East and Global network. This is an exciting time to join the business as the new CRM system (Salesforce) launched in March 2022 to help teams manage their opportunity pipeline, sales credit, contact management and much more.

In addition to opportunity management, you would be part of the team responsible for testing and implementing new tools, educating the group, and helping to drive change across the practice. We are always keen to hear your thoughts and ideas, and value your contribution towards the success of the CRM function.

During your tenure as CRM Administrator, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

• Support the CRM Coordinator with CRM related activities, including but not limited to verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording clients
• Design and produce dashboards/reports to provide in-depth analysis of the sales data as per request
• Perform basic secondary research to validate and retrieve correct details of the client contacts and accurately update on CRM
• Manage the Marketing mailing lists
• Ensure an unremitting data integrity in line with the defined standard procedures and company best practices
• Maintain confidentiality of all internal and external information
• Provide guidance and respond to CRM queries
• Support the implementation of new tools, including data verification and cleansing

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master’s degree, preferably in Administration/Computer Science/Information Technology
• Proficiency in IT/Office Systems skills (particularly Excel)
• Minimum 1 year of proven professional experience in a similar field
• Experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Sales Force from a user interface perspective is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders in a matrix and multi-cultural organization
• English language fluency required; Arabic is desirable but not essential
• Good and confident communicator who can interact with senior leadership
