Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Awal (KBZA) School is seeking a highly motivated and skilled International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IBDP) Coordinator to join our team in the upcoming AY 26-2027. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a pilot public school in Abu Dhabi.

Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education plus teaching qualification (or equivalent)
- Higher degree or recognized professional qualification (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in the IB Diploma Programme
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a DP Coordinator (UAE experience mandatory)
- Proven track record in IB authorisation, accreditation, and evaluation processes
- Strong knowledge of the IB philosophy, standards, and assessment expectations
- Demonstrated leadership capability, able to inspire high standards across the programme
- Strong understanding of DP assessment, curriculum pathways, and university readiness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working within UAE school inspection frameworks (ADEK/KHDA/SPEA preferred)
- High level of organisation, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
- Data-driven approach to tracking progress and improving student outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams effectively
- Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
