Charterhouse is working with a prestigious university which is ranked among the top 50 best universities in the world. Our client is looking to hire an International Student Recruitment Advisor to lead initiatives in the Middle East region and increase international enrolments from the region to the main campuses overseas. This role will be based in the Dubai office, with frequent travel required to key markets.
Requirements:
This role will ultimately be responsible for developing and executing successful student recruitment strategies which exceeds enrolment targets and supports long term business objectives.The International Student Recruitment Advisor will be tasked with building strong relationships with both prospective students and key industry related institutions and partners to form strategic alliances. In addition, there will be a major focus on proactively conducting market research and assessments of key industry trends and developing brand awareness initiatives to strengthen the visibility and reputation of the organisation within the assigned markets.
Our client is looking for someone who has prior experience performing in a similar role, managing the full recruitment process, supporting in the development and management of contractual agreements, and engaging in business development/ marketing activities to identify and generate new business leads.
