JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Quest Search & Selection is an international, award winning HR & Recruitment Consultancy with a great reputation for placing Marketing, Sales, Buying and Logistics staff in FMCG and Retail companies. We focus on middle and senior management staff to a range of clients in the UK and across the world. We have offices in London and Dubai.
The Dubai Office has several opportunities for new graduates or undergraduate to work as interns. The initial internship will be for 3 months.
As an Intern you will develop your skills in fulfilling the following duties:
* Developing an understanding of clients and their industries
* Lead generation activities; mapping businesses and creating organization charts
* Researching and approaching prospective Subscribers or Network members. Extensive use of platforms such as LinkedIn.
* Building Groups within LinkedIn and on the publication's platform.
* Market Trends and Research - keeping track of the market trends and staying on top of news that is appropriate to the Group[s].
* Create relevant reports; manage databases
* Performing administrative duties (e.g. answering phones, booking meetings, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for:
* Recent graduates or placement students.
* Someone who is eligible to work in Dubai - typically you will be on your parent's visa.
* A highly organized individual with a passion to learn and progress their skills.
* Possessing a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
* Interested in business, Sales, HR or Agency career longer term
* Very proficient with MS Office applications and social media.
* Amenable to work at Downtown Dubai (walking distance from Burj Khalifa Metro Station)
