JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Plan the stock & maintain its availability by identifying stock levels & prepare its requests
• Handle all departments requests by transferring to concerned parties & generate PRs for unavailable items.
• Supervise storage of materials in suitable places according to storage conditions.
• Ensure implementation of FIFO “First In First Out” policy.
• Full knowledge of Warehouse system to continuously work on updating & developing it according to work requirements.
• Prepare/Update warehouse policies, procedures, SOPs , Risk Management Register, Safety & security measures, and adhere to the same
• Provide accurate, detailed, and regular management reports related to inventory & operations activities
• Review the stock balance on the ERP periodically and ensure conformity with the actual
• Monitor all inventory receiving & issuing transactions & operations.
• Full technical knowledge of all inventory items to determine stock levels, quantities, quality & storage method.
• Full knowledge of safety & security regulations to determine the proper storage method especially for hazardous items.
• Prepare & submit to Department Head the store daily & periodic reports showing all transactions, achievements & KPIs.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store and ensure that security and safety regulations are being implemented & followed.
• Coordinate & follow up inventory supply chain deliveries with all concerned parties to improve lead time & customer satisfactions.
• Conduct internal & external customers satisfaction surveys through concerned department.
• Evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and cost-efficient work-flow processes
• Monitor & report stock levels to ensure availability of inventory
• Prepare inventory demand forecasting, planning & requests then submit for review & approval
• Ensure accurate and prompt receipts and issues of inventory
• Conduct frequent inventory audits & count (system vs physical) & report any discrepancy or violation to direct manager
• Adhere to WHS policies, procedures, SOPs , Risk Management Register, Safety & security measures.
• Provide accurate, detailed and regular management reports related to inventory & operations activities
• Prepare & maintain WHS internal information management systems and documentation
• Provide innovative and creative suggestions, proposals and solutions to improve inventory control systems.
• Maintain, update & provide promptly accurate inventory master communication & data
• Coordinate & follow up inventory supply chain deliveries with all concerned parties to improve lead time & customer satisfactions
• Conduct internal & external customers satisfaction surveys through concerned department.
• Accomplish any work-related task assigned by direct manager

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce sales (FMCG industry is a must with minimum 3 years UAE experience within a distribution company handling several brands and various SKUs).
• Strong understanding of online marketplaces, digital marketing, and e-commerce best practices.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• UAE market experience is a must.
