JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Hays have been exclusively retained to recruit an Investment Analyst to join a prestigious asset management and advisory organisation based in DIFC. My client specialises in M&A, financial restructuring, capital structure and strategic advisory. My client is a leading asset manager who supports their investors in benefiting from private and public instruments.
REQUIREMENTS
My client is very keen to speak with Investment Analysts with a strong background in in-depth quantitative financial analysis where they have the experience in constructing financial models, company valuations and M&A transaction comparisons. The Investment Analyst should have experience in preparing client presentations and preparing offer memoranda.
The Investment Analyst will need to fulfill the following essential criteria:
• Experience in M&A/Corporate Finance
• Have completed minimum 1 year as an Investment Analyst
• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline ie Mathematics, Finance
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel
• Experience in financial modelling and valuations
