Join a prestigious, leading law firm in Dubai as an IP Partner, where you will lead and expand the Intellectual Property practice, advising high-profile clients across various industries. This is a unique opportunity to drive strategic growth while providing expert legal counsel in a dynamic and fast-growing market.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the Intellectual Property practice, overseeing case management and client relationships.
- Provide expert legal advice on IP matters including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the IP practice within the firm.
- Manage and mentor a team of associates and junior lawyers in IP.
- Collaborate with other practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in IP law regionally and globally.
- Represent clients in negotiations, dispute resolution, and litigation related to IP issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Qualified legal professional with substantial experience in Intellectual Property law.
- Ideally admitted in a recognised, common law, jurisdiction.
- Proven track record as a Partner and/or senior lawyer in a reputed law firm, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
- Deep understanding of the local and international IP legal frameworks.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong business development abilities with a client-focused approach.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
- Ideally relevant legal qualifications and licenses to practice in Dubai.

Salary:
AED 50,000 to 90,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Executive search is relationship driven. JEX Personnel will work closely with you to understand the requirements of the role. It is a research-led approach, meaning a search firm will be paid a retainer fee upfront to carry out analyse the marketplace and benchmark for skills/roles and salaries.

A search firm will tend to have extensive knowledge of and access to board directors and senior executives across industries and functions, allowing them to build a large pool of top executive talent
