JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven history of successfully interacting with customers and delivering solutions which meet customer expectations.
- Strong knowledge of the IT outsourcing business
- An excellent aptitude for finance and decision making
- Exceptional planning and organisation experience
- Experience of working in a customer service environment
- Outstanding negotiation and persuasion skills
- Strong people management skills
- Local market knowledge preferred
- 8 to 10 years experience in Account Management, - Sales or Key Account Management Functions experienced in working with national or international organizations in the context of IT products and Services.
