Role Overview

We are excited to offer an exciting opportunity for a motivated and passionate individual to join our IT team as an e-B2B Product Analyst. This role provides a unique chance to learn and contribute to the development and launch of digital products and services for our business-to-business (B2B) customers.

As an e-B2B Product Analyst, you will be an integral part of our dynamic IT team, supporting the development lifecycle of digital products and services. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and other stakeholders, to ensure successful product conceptualization, development, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Support
• Assist in coordinating teams of designers, information architects, and UI developers working on various projects for desktop, mobile, and tablet platforms.
• Support the internationalization QA process for e-B2B products, ensuring a seamless user experience across diverse markets.

Learning in UX Design and Prototyping
• Learn and contribute to UX design processes, working closely with senior team members to create user-centric solutions.
• Assist in managing UX prototyping resources and contribute to collaborative efforts and cross-product timelines.

Hands-on Involvement in API Development
• Work alongside experienced team members to contribute to the development and iteration of cloud-based web services APIs for enhanced product functionality.

Agile Methodology Exposure
• Gain exposure to agile methodologies, including extreme programming, scrum, and traditional waterfall processes, supporting efficient and effective product development.

Stakeholder Interaction
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assist in gathering specifications and requirements for e-B2B products.
• Contribute to ensuring timely delivery of solutions and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.

Data Analysis and Learning-Driven Decisions
• Learn to conduct basic data analysis and assist in evaluating market statistics to understand customer demands and trends.
• Contribute insights to support data-driven decisions for product development strategies.

Supporting Brand Promotion
• Assist in the promotion of e-B2B products on media platforms, gaining exposure to creating content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with brand objectives.


Role Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
