JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The Main Purpose of the role:
The positions responsibilities are: Maintenance and support of SAP (Production and Planning, Sales and Distribution, Material Management, Human Capital, Finance, Business Ware house, Business Objects, Basis, and ABAP), leading multiple IT-teams (UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan) and remote Support (Turkey, Qatar and Ukraine), Monitoring Suppliers performance.
The main areas of responsibility:
Structuring, expanding and professionalizing the ICT department in the region as enabler for targeted growth.
Directing and Managing all issues related Del Monte MENA IT-Landscape (both Infrastructure and Applications).
Realizing a SAP Expert Center to offer improved services to the current and future system users.
Setting a Strategic Roadmap for MENA IT department, covering plans for the next 3 years.
Working on professionalizing the IT services, by introducing standard IT service processes Dimensions of the Job (targets)
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge and Skills needed:
Management and Leadership skills
Decision making skills
Organizational and cross cultural skills
IT Landscape (Hardware and Software) knowledge and experience
SAP knowledge is a must
