JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Job Description:
- Provide support for all technical-related activities on-site & remotely such as installation of all IT hardware and software (e.g. CCTV, Networking, Servers, AV, Fibre optic, WIFI, servers, laptops, printers, PABXs, etc.), configuring & troubleshooting all software applications, and repairing/replacing damaged hardware in the head office and its subsidiaries.
- Manage all IT-related documents in both hard and soft copies and store it in the shared filing system (Dropbox).
- Coordinate with suppliers and purchase IT materials for the head office and its subsidiaries.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot all telecom-related issues – network, fixed lines, and mobiles.
- Other roles and responsibilities to be assigned by the Senior Information Technology Executive, Group Information Technology Manager or the CEO

REQUIREMENTS

Salary: up to 6K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Qualifications:
- Male, 35 years old and below
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge in responsive web design (RWD) techniques.
- Understanding of SEO principles and implementation.
- Experience in end-user support – L1 and L2.
- Experience working with third-party service providers
