Technology & skills required
Required experience and skills:
- 15+ years of experience in IT management, including 8+ years handling Orion Financial and/or Zoho systems
- Strong understanding of financial systems, CRM, analytics, and business processes
- Proven experience in systems integration, customization, and administration
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus
