JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers & scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and network
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Setting up accounts / devices for new users
• Testing new technology & Apps (Customization) - Mostly Cloud Based applications
• Cross-platform experience in application architecture
• Testing new technology
• Conducting online & on site training for staff

REQUIREMENTS

• A strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
• Knowledge of Firewall and Security Apps like Fortinet & Trend Micro
• Knowledge of Google will be prefered
• A technical, logical thought process
• An ability to stick to strict deadlines
• An ability to prioritise and delegate
• A keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
