JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Responsible for data centers and servers including e-mail printand backup servers
• Test network and server performance and provide network performance statistics and reports
• Develop and maintain the overall backup and recovery strategy—disaster recovery and business continuity plan
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure the security of the company’s data
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and internal controls
• Design and implement short- and long-term strategic plans to ensure network capacity meets existing and future requirements
• Research, perform cost-benefit analyses, and recommend network products, services, and standards in support of network infrastructure procurement and development efforts
Requirements:
• Russian and English speaker• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network administration
• Familiar with technologies such as Microsoft, Cisco, HP, Veeam and VMware
• Familiar with Cloud technologies such as MS AD, MS Exchange, RDP, CUCM. Microsoft Azure, VMWare G Suite
• Experience with storage area networks, WAN acceleration, virtualization, firewalls, and routers
• Experience managing and configuring enterprise-wide LANs, WANs, WLANs, VPNs, etc
• Familiar with ITIL, ITSM, COBIT
• Experience in interpreting the applicability of local regulations including data privacy practices to company operations
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
