Our newest opportunity is for an IT Program Manager (HRIS), to join our award-winning team. This role is a hybrid / office format with the expectation the successful candidate is able to travel to the Gulf Region as required in order to work closely with some of our key HR stakeholders in our global offices.

The role will entail managing in partnership with HR senior leadership the identification and implementation of a new Human Capital Management (HCM) system across all our 10 offices in 8 countries.

Responsibilities

Paramount to success within this varied role will include:

- Experience in similar international HCM implementations including all HR modules including but not limited to payroll, performance management, compensation, leave, bonuses etc
- Demonstrated experience in rigorous testing and process validations and managing relationships with HRIS vendors, including performance evaluation, and issue resolution.
- Demonstrated experience to lead the change, communications, and training efforts for implementing and maintaining a Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
- Ensuring HCM system complies with relevant data protection and privacy regulations, such as GDPR.
- Maintain documentation for HRIS systems, including user guides, technical specifications, and change management plans.
- Work as partner and trusted colleagues to foster an ethos of collaboration to improve the speed, quality, and efficiency of project delivery.
- Ability to travel to the Gulf Region as required.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envisage that you will bring between 8-10 years' experience from a similar role working within a corporate environment partnered with applicable university level qualification.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in an IT Change Manager role, delivering large, complex, and business-wide critical projects.
- Proven track record of delivering to large programs of work, enabling organizations to embrace new ways of working through digital innovation.
- Strong business communication skills, capable of exciting and engaging an entire business while also adapting messages to specific stakeholders.
- Experience in and passion for training to ensure effective uplift and adoption.
- Previous experience in HRIS systems or ERP transformation projects essential.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to effectively interact at all levels.
