Employment: Contract

IT Project Manager - 6 months contract

JOB PURPOSE:
• Project Manager – Digital Technologies will be responsible for leading digital initiatives such as Ecommerce and will play a vital role in shaping and improving digital strategy and capabilities for the organisation.
• This role will collaborate with product management teams, business units, technical teams and vendors to develop and implement solutions in line with Business requirements.
• The PM will keep up to date with new technologies and market trends and provide advice on continuous improvement of digital solutions landscape, with a focus of enhancing customer experience.
• This role requires good understanding of business models and processes – especially in areas of ecommerce, retail, distribution, contact centre operations.

REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
• Minimum Qualification: University Degree or Equivalent Experience.
• Minimum Experience: 8+ years relevant work experience

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, software development life cycle, and emerging technologies
• Knowledge of both B2B and B2C e-commerce environments including order fulfilment processes and delivery processes
• Excellent communications skills (written and oral)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and use them in the development of organizational solutions
• Ability to lead projects and present to large audiences
• Critical-thinking, problem-solving and the ability to plan and prioritize work to manage time effectively and accomplish assigned tasks
