JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Charterhouse are working with a leading financial brokerage firm, with offices based in the UAE and UK. As our client continue to develop their presence in the region, they are looking to hire for an IT Project Manager to implement and enhance new features and technology across the business.
The IT Project Manager would join an existing team based across the UAE and UK offices, and would be responsible for supporting project planning and execution by working on end-to-end project lifecycle management. The role will be defining clear objectives and timelines while adhering to regulatory requirements, PMP methodologies, and effective tracking through JIRA.
The IT Project Manager would also be working on the implementation of brokerage technology platforms, such as trading systems and a CRM by coordinating with IT teams and vendors. The PM would be monitoring performance, firstly by defining project KPIs and success metrics, and then by tracking using JIRA dashboards and reports.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years in project management positions, ideally within a financial services or brokerage firm. The candidate should have an understanding of similar trading platforms and CRM systems, while also being comfortable working in a regulated environment.The successful candidate should have a Project Management Professional certification (PMP), and have hands-on experience using JIRA or similar tools for planning, tracking and reporting.
Our client will look for someone who has a strong knowledge of project governance and budgeting of projects under financial regulatory authorities.
Salary:
AED
12,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
