Description

* Lead and oversee IT projects centred around human capital management systems, encompassing HRIS and talent management solutions
* Collaborate closely with HR teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of IT solutions with human capital management goals
* Communicate project status, milestones, risks to key stakeholders, fostering a transparent and collaborative working environment
* Conduct regular assessments to identify and address project issues, ensuring continuous improvement and optimal performance of human capital systems
* Foster strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, managing contracts and ensuring effective collaboration for successful project outcomes

REQUIREMENTS

* Minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience in IT project management, with a specific focus on human capital systems
* A Bachelors degree in a related field. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
* Proficient knowledge of SAP HCM sub modules such as Organisational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, Payroll-UAE and SuccessFactors (Platform, Learning and RCM)
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and adept at managing supplier/vendor relations
* Technical expertise in HR workflows, data privacy regulations, and system integrations
