JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

REQUIREMENTS

- At least 5 years hands on experience in the delivery of IT projects
- Familiar with IT architecture and IT solutions design
- Knowledge of the configuration and setup of Servers(HP, IBM), Data Storage, Firewall, Network Switches
- Familiar with IT tools for IT infrastructure management, CMDB, IT automation tools, log management, and SD tools
- ITIL service life cycle modules, framework and Processes. Experience in implementing, streamlining and integrating service standards, Quality tools and techniques
- UNIX, Linux, Windows and Oracle DB management skill
