North London Collegiate School Dubai seeks an enthusiastic and customer-focused IT Services Technician to provide frontline IT support to staff and students, ensuring that technology enhances learning and school operations. As the first point of contact for technical issues, they will troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently, escalate where necessary, and contribute to maintaining a high standard of IT service delivery.
All members of staff are expected to be involved in pastoral care within the school community and to contribute to the extra-curricular life of the school.
