IT Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Real Estate industry in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing our IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations and support our business objectives. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, a strong understanding of technology trends, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. As an IT Specialist, you will play a crucial part in supporting our real estate operations through innovative technology solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
- Provide technical support to staff and clients, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
- Implement and monitor security measures to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure effective IT service delivery.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance checks to optimize IT operations.
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, including system configurations, user manuals, and IT policies.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of new IT projects and upgrades to enhance business capabilities.
- Train staff on new software, tools, and technologies to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Research and recommend new technologies that can drive innovation and improve real estate operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions.

Requirements:

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
