REQUIREMENTS

- POSITION: IT Specialist Service Delivery Manager
- SALARY: up to 23,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus commission
- HIRING COMPANY: Digital Solutions Company
- LOCATION: UAE
- AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately will be prioritized
- EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Open to Arabic nationality
- Male/Female, 45 y/o and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar area of study
- At least 2 to 5 years of similar work experience and a strong foundational knowledge of technology and IT operations
- With proven track record of Sales of Cloud Computing, Digital Communications and Digital DNA solutions
- Outstanding consultative selling abilities with experience of enterprise size sales and can deal with senior decision makers across multiple business areas
- Must have a Valid UAE Driving License

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Able to perform business analysis and gather requirement from customers
- Perform pre-sales technical presentation with customers
- Develop professional documents (BRD and SRS)
- Preparation of Techno/Commercial solution proposals to the customers
- Smart in defining project scope in a detailed manner
- Handles project delivery
- Managed the end to end delivery of new systems or processes

SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Excellent communication skills and possesses the ability to work independently and as part of a large team
- Capable to work under pressure and resolve client issues
- Strong IT knowledge, technical capacity, interpersonal, problem-solving and leadership skills
- Good organizational skill
