Employment: Internship

Job Summary:
As an IT / Sprint Management Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our IT projects and sprint processes. You’ll work closely with our IT to ensure smooth operations, effective sprint planning, and successful project delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in agile methodologies and IT project management while contributing to real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and managing sprints, ensuring tasks are allocated and deadlines are met.
• Support the IT team in daily operations, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and software updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and track project progress.
• Help monitor sprint performance, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements.
• Document processes, workflows, and project updates.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of agile methodologies and sprint management.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, or similar project management software is a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.

Salary:
AED 1,600 to 2,400 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
