JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
IT Support Analyst up to 18K AED for a Major Retail Group in Dubai
This position responsible but not limited to work on Oracle Retail Application support on existing version, Identify & understand existing customization, map the customization with new version, work on implement Oracle Retail upgrade project, manage & monitor vendor deliverables on Oracle upgrade projects, work closely with Oracle to resolve Oracle issues, responsible for stabilize upgraded environment, smooth hand over of the project to support team.
REQUIREMENTS
• Open to any nationality
• Male, 30 years old below
• Master Degree in Computer Science or BE in Computer Science
• 5 to 6 years of IT Technical & Functional Experience in Oracle Retail ERP
• Must have experience working in Java, PL/SQL, Unix, and Oracle Database technology
• Detail technical and functional knowledge on Oracle Retail latest Applications version (ORMS, WMS, RPM, Batch Monitoring, SIM, RIB Integration)
• Capable of managing projects (must has prior experience in implementing & upgrading Oracle ERP applications)
• Prior experience on working closely with Oracle on upgrade project, SR’s etc.
• Fluent in oral and written communication skills
• Experience in working on Support environment using ITIL, Project environment using PMP methodology
• Visit/Tourist or cancelled visa are welcome to apply
• Work Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary is up to 18,000 AED depending on experience and qualification.
