It Support Associate up to 6k Aed+ for a Major Retail Group in Dubai
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Troubleshoot software and hardware failures and determine network problems
• Basic PC and laptop installation / troubleshooting
• Configure email in system and wireless network / router
• Install, repair, and conduct preventive maintenance of personal computer by providing technical support
• Diagnose and resolve incidents using documented procedures to perform responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS
• POSITION: IT Support Associate
• SALARY: up to 6,000 AED all inclusive, depending on qualifications and experience, plus conveyance expenses
• HIRING COMPANY: Major Retail Group
• WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Immediately available will be prioritized (1 month max)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time / Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to any nationality, preferably Filipino, Indian, and Pakistani
• Male, 24 to 35 years old
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology or any related degree and certification
• At least 2 years of work experience in desktop or network support and troubleshooting
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Knowledge on networks and basic troubleshooting is mandatory
• Must have a valid UAE driving license
• Knowledge on Windows 8/10 and office applications
• Knowledge of retail POS support / application added advantage
