REQUIREMENTS

- Previous 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, 24/7 support environment.
